Applications and contact messages may include your name, email, phone, training history, location and related notes. They are sent to CALIBRE by email using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service.

Payments are handled by Stripe. CALIBRE does not see or store your card details. If you become a client, training and check-in data are processed in HubFit, which we use to deliver the programme and to communicate with you.

We use information to review applications, deliver online coaching, and bill and administer your service.

We do not sell your information. We do not use application essays for marketing without consent.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
